These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jilivoe platform, including all casino games, sports betting, promotions, and account management features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any real-money wager on jilivoe.
These six areas represent the most important aspects of jilivoe's Terms and Conditions. Full legal text for each section appears below.
You must be 21 years of age or older and physically located in the Philippines to hold a jilivoe account. One account per person. All accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) as required by PAGCOR.
Funds deposited into jilivoe are for gaming purposes only. Withdrawals are processed to your verified payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank). Minimum withdrawal amounts and identity verification requirements apply.
All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. Bonus terms supersede general terms where conflicts arise.
jilivoe operates under PAGCOR regulation with independently certified RNG systems. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, collude, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
jilivoe provides mandatory responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion. Players showing signs of problem gambling may be referred to PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources.
jilivoe's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds in that player's account. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Bonus Terms published on the Platform, collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and jilivoe governing your use of the Platform.
2.2 By completing the jilivoe registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent button, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their current form.
2.3 If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party or for the benefit of any other person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by your acceptance you bind both yourself and that person.
2.4 jilivoe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 To be eligible to register for a jilivoe account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an account:
3.2 Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) jilivoe account. The existence of duplicate accounts is grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein, at jilivoe's sole discretion, subject to any applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
3.3 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.4 jilivoe reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any stage, including at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to satisfactorily complete verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jilivoe will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security.
4.2 You must notify jilivoe immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected].
4.3 Account Currency. All jilivoe accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All transactions, displayed balances, bet amounts, and winnings are expressed in PHP.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jilivoe may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as specified in the current fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the applicable notice period.
4.5 Account Sharing. Your jilivoe account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any other person to access or use your account. Account sharing constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension.
4.6 Name Changes. Requests to change the registered name on a jilivoe account require supporting documentation (e.g., court order for legal name changes, marriage certificate). jilivoe reserves the right to refuse name change requests where the change appears to be intended to circumvent these Terms or applicable law.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilivoe currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted subject to card issuer restrictions. jilivoe reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
5.2 Deposit Terms. All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are published in the Platform cashier and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your jilivoe account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance. jilivoe operates in full compliance with Philippine AML regulations and PAGCOR requirements. jilivoe reserves the right to require documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit at any time. Deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be returned to the originating payment method.
5.4 Withdrawal Terms.
5.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a genuine jilivoe deposit is considered a fraudulent act and a breach of these Terms. jilivoe reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account and pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts through all available legal channels.
6.1 jilivoe reserves the right to offer, modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without notice, subject to any obligations to Players who have already accepted and commenced wagering under that offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to Players who meet all applicable eligibility criteria at the time the bonus is claimed. jilivoe reserves the right to void bonus claims by Players who have provided false information or who are ineligible under these Terms.
6.4 Game Contributions. Different game types contribute differently toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution percentages for each game category are published in the applicable promotion terms.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct, without limitation, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of any bonus and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential recovery of withdrawn amounts:
6.6 jilivoe's determination regarding whether conduct constitutes bonus abuse is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game hosted on jilivoe is governed by its specific rules displayed within the game interface or in the relevant game help section. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game.
7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, communications failure, game error, or any other technical failure that materially affects the outcome of a game, jilivoe reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players, or to take such other action as is fair and equitable in the circumstances. jilivoe will not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface. jilivoe may modify bet limits at any time, including for individual accounts where monitoring indicates unusual or potentially harmful betting patterns.
7.4 Void and Settled Bets. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by jilivoe's system, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled except where expressly permitted by applicable game rules or these Terms. jilivoe's decision regarding the settlement of bets is final subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
7.5 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets and odds are offered at jilivoe's discretion. jilivoe reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet for any reason, including but not limited to where the bet appears to be based on inside information, where unusual betting patterns are detected, or where the market has been opened or priced in error.
8.1 jilivoe is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
8.2 jilivoe employs sophisticated fraud detection, game integrity monitoring, and AML systems. Accounts suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended pending investigation. jilivoe will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities in any investigation of prohibited conduct.
8.3 Breach of this Section may result in: immediate account suspension without notice; forfeiture of all funds in the account; recovery of any funds previously withdrawn that are attributable to the prohibited conduct; and referral to relevant authorities.
9.1 jilivoe is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:
9.2 jilivoe trains its customer support team to identify potential signs of problem gambling and to respond with appropriate care and referrals to support resources.
9.3 jilivoe may in its sole discretion impose account restrictions on any Player where it reasonably believes that Player's gambling may be becoming harmful, including without limitation after review of the Player's deposit frequency, session length, or communication with support.
10.1 jilivoe collects, stores, uses, and discloses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 jilivoe will share your personal information with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or by regulatory directive.
10.3 jilivoe implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
10.4 You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by jilivoe, subject to jilivoe's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory, AML, and dispute resolution purposes. Requests should be directed to [email protected].
11.1 All content on the jilivoe Platform, including but not limited to the jilivoe name, logo, trade marks, game software, graphics, text, user interface design, and underlying code, is owned by jilivoe or licensed to jilivoe by third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, license, or sell any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilivoe.
12.1 Platform Availability. jilivoe does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods. jilivoe will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
12.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilivoe's total liability to any Player in connection with their account, or any game or transaction conducted through the Platform, shall not exceed the amount of real money funds standing to the credit of that Player's account at the relevant time.
12.3 jilivoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including without limitation loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
12.4 Third-Party Games. jilivoe licenses games and content from third-party providers. While jilivoe takes reasonable steps to verify the integrity of third-party content, jilivoe is not responsible for any errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party game software beyond what is required under its PAGCOR operating obligations.
12.5 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss, that the outcomes of games of chance cannot be predicted or influenced, and that you participate in gaming activities on jilivoe entirely at your own risk.
13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your jilivoe account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable processing times and verification requirements.
13.2 Termination by jilivoe. jilivoe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
13.3 Upon termination for breach, jilivoe may in its discretion forfeit any funds in the account, including real-money balances where those funds are found to be derived from fraudulent activity. jilivoe will comply with any applicable PAGCOR guidelines regarding the treatment of Player funds upon account termination.
14.1 Dispute Resolution Process. If you believe an error has occurred in the settlement of a game, a withdrawal, or any other transaction on your jilivoe account, you must raise the matter with jilivoe customer support as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
14.2 Internal Review. jilivoe will conduct an internal review of all disputes raised within the applicable period and will provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days of receiving all necessary information. jilivoe's decision following internal review is final in respect of game outcomes, subject only to escalation to PAGCOR as set out below.
14.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If you remain dissatisfied following jilivoe's internal dispute resolution process, you may refer the dispute to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints and dispute resolution procedures. jilivoe will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or adjudication.
14.4 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.1 jilivoe may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time to reflect changes in its products, legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or business practices.
15.2 Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — jilivoe will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.
15.3 Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation) may take effect immediately upon publication.
15.4 The current version of these Terms is always accessible on the jilivoe Platform. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.
15.5 If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
